What do you have to do to be a part of this national donation?
- Already be registered as an official event
- Send us your event details
- Complete the Children’s Book Week participation survey after your celebration is over
Each location that completes these steps will contribute to the number of books donated to underserved children in different regions of the country. A survey link will be shared with all official event contacts by mid-May.
Children’s & Teen Choice Book Awards
The Children’s & Teen Choice Book Awards are the only national book awards voted on only by kids and teens. Launched in 2008 by the Children’s Book Council and Every Child a Reader, the awards provide young readers with an opportunity to voice their opinions about the books being written for them.
Learn about this year’s finalists and turn your bookstore into a polling station for young readers.
You can create a voting booth in your classroom or media center and use our printable ballots to collect votes from your kids. Tally and enter these votes in our group ballot here.
Create a display or highlight these titles on the shelf with our brand new shelftalker/slitcards for each category!
